This is a very special recipe: handmade sauerkraut potato dumplings passed down from my grandmother, recently rediscovered.
Each 450g pack contains four large dumplings, each about 100-120g. Each dumpling can be served as a side dish with red cabbage and meat or as a complete main meal for one person.
Preparation: Please thaw the dumplings 1-2 hours in advance. Heat the oil to 175°C and fry the dumplings for about 6-8 minutes until they turn golden brown, ensuring they are fully cooked inside.
